Reasons For Carpet Cleaning
Protecting your investment and the health of your home and facility are the two biggest reasons to have your carpets cleaned. Routine cleanings remove abrasive dry soil from the fibers. By removing the soil there will not be any material to scratch and damage the fibers of the carpet. Along with the dry soil, airborne particles and allergens that are filtered out by your carpet are also removed, improving the overall health of the carpet and your home.

Hot Water Extraction(HWE) Cleaning
Most commonly known as steam cleaning thanks to major marketing from large carpet cleaning franchises. This process uses high temperature water to rinse and extract the dirt from your carpets and remove it from the building permanently. Step by step explanation of what's involved is listed to your right. Carpets dry within 6-8 hours of cleaning, but normal traffic is fine with socks, slippers, or inside shoes once cleaning is finished. This process can be used as a restorative cleaning process and a routine maintenance process.

Very Low Moisture(VLM) Cleaning
This procedure is great for locations that are limited in their down time, high security, or are looking for more of a cosmetic cleaning. A specialized cleaner is applied to the carpet and then scrubbed using a counter rotating brush machine. The soil is encapsulated so that it cannot attach itself to the carpet fibers again, and then be vacuumed out at the next routine vacuuming. Carpets dry within one hour of cleaning. This process can be done as a stand alone cleaning or be combined with a restorative cleaning.
