It is important to set resonable expections when you are having your carpets cleaned. As much as we want to, we cannot guarantee a spot will come out 100% every time. Textiles and hard surfaces are susceptidible to wear and damage from spills. If the flooring is worn, there may not be anything to be done to correct the wear although it is clean. Damage from such things as cleaning products or pet urine can permanently change the color of the fiber. We guarantee that we will do everything we can to remove the spot, but sometimes there is only so much that can be done before more damage is caused.
When preparing for your cleaning, take notice of any spots on your carpet and what caused them if you can remember and point them out to the technician. At this point we will access how the spot will respond to cleaning.
